News of Note

We’re very pleased to welcome two new chaplains to the Chaplain Partnership family: Chaplain Mei (Jennifer) Lam (Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation) and Chaplain Glen Johnson (UH Portage Medical Center).

Chaplain Jennifer was awarded her M.Div. by Ashland Theological Seminary where she is currently pursuing her D.Min. She completed her clinical pastoral education (CPE) training at Akron’s Summa Health and is a certified grief recovery specialist. She received provisional deacon commissioning by the United Methodist Church, is in the process of receiving her ordination, and also is pursuing Supervisory CPE credentialing.

Chaplain Glen is a graduate of The Ohio State University and was awarded his M.Div. by Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus. His CPE training was completed at Miami Valley Hospital and he is board certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains.

Welcome Chaplain Jennifer and Chaplain Glen, and best of luck in your new ministries!

Two of our chaplains are celebrating ordination anniversaries this year: Chaplain Beth McKee, for 25 years, and Chaplain Paul Young, for 5 years. Chaplain Tanya Setree is celebrating her 5-year Chaplain Partnership service anniversary. Congratulations, Chaplains Beth, Paul and Tanya, and thank you for your dedicated service!
